If foods grown without the use of pesticides or other hazardous agricultural agents are more expensive at the grocery store, who are the people who can afford to live healthier lives? Who are the other people who can’t afford these untainted foods? There is clear and steep difference between organic cauliflower ($6.99) and conventionally grown cauliflower ($2.99). Cities should be made for the people that live within it—not for profits.
