For those stuck in a rut: how have you helped yourself today?
The answer could come in many forms, such as eating lunch, answering all your emails, finishing your assignment, starting your small business, making a list of important things to do, seeing your friends and family, or just as simple as getting some fresh air. The answer should consist of constructive things, to assist in building yourself up or to help those around you. It’s not about “treating yourself” (though it could be).
