There is no change that can be done without a change in our habits.
No environmental change will occur if live our day to day lives normally. We’re not going to lose an extra 10 pounds by eating the same amount of food and not exercising. Likewise, we’re not going to be a great artists without rigorous drawing practice every day. The dentist you visit doesn’t just become a dentist–they take years and years of schooling and practice.
Change doesn’t occur as fast as we’d like it to, but all we have to do is start with a pace we’ll be ready with keeping in the longterm.
